| If you have Outlook XP, the following instructions will assist
you with setting up your email account.
To begin, start Outlook and go to the Tools menu and choose E-mail
Accounts.

Select the action that you would like to take:

Click on the Next button and on one of the following links to see
the instructions for the action selected:
Choose POP3 for the server type.

Click Next to see the E-Mail Accounts window. Click here to continue
with the instructions.
View existing e-mail account properties
Highlight the account you want to view and click on the Change button
to see the E-Mail Accounts window.

E-mail Accounts
These boxes should be completed as follows:
Your Name: Your Name
E-mail Address: Your e-mail address
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.greentreewebhosting.com (mail.<your
domain name>)
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.greentreewebhosting.com (mail.<your
domain name>)
User Name: Your Email Address you@yourdomain.com
Password: Your Password
At this point, you may click on the Test Account Settings button to
see if your account is setup correctly. If you need to change other
Internet E-mail Settings not shown above, click on the More Settings
button. If everything works, click on the Next button.
You're finished.
More Settings
General
Under this tab, you can set a name for your account and fill in the
"Reply E-mail" field. This is the address that appears when
you send mail to others. When they click on "Reply" their
response to you is directed to this address.

Advanced
Leave the Server Port Numbers on the Advanced tab as shown below.
Set the rest according to your personal preference.

Incoming server (POP3): 110
Outgoing server (SMTP): 25
Click OK to save your settings.
